As pictured, knurling tool with 3 straignt knurls, can hand hold or mount in a tool post, so it's good for a small lathe like a Sherline - 9" long as pictured, should be able to handle 1.5 inch diameter material, label on box top says CEN-TECH, SKU #33559, DESC: Hand knurling Holder - I've checked it over and it certainly looks unused to me, but it has been sitting around for a while so there are some scratehces on the exterior of the box.
