1988 caterpillar 613C mega 5000 gallon waterpull
Up for sale today is a 1988 CAT 613C straight from the forestry dept. It has 5900 original hours and looks and runs good. It is an ex-county 5000 gallon waterpull w/a Mega tank in good condition. It has a CAT 3208 turbo diesel that runs out strong, fires up everytime, does not smoke or burn oil and does not leak. The charging system works fine and the batteries hold charge w/out dying going on a month so far. The trans goes into all gears fine and pulls good. It was completely rebuilt by Thompson Machinery 10/5/98. The water system works as it should. I have not filled it with water but the system looks very good and seems to function properly. It has a large hydraulic powered trash pump up in front of the tank giving it drafting capability. It also has two rear and two side sprays, a 3" hose and reel. A water hose spout and a front mounted manually operated water cannon.
