This is an Beautiful 3ft smoker! Whether you spell it BBQ, barbecue, barbeque, bar-b-q, or b-b-q, your choice of meat cooked over a wood fire in a barbecue smoker, which is basicaly a wood fired convection oven and that is the definition of barbecue. Charcoal grilling is when you cook directly over the coals. Smoking means cooking with indirect heat and smoke, it is a slower process this way, compared to grilling. But My Friends, the worth is definately worth the wait, you've never had ribs so moist, they fall off the bone as you try to take them out, brisket so moist and tender, it just falls apart.
LET'S TELL YOU A LITTLE ABOUT THIS AWESOME RIG!
This is a fantastic smoker, brand new, each custom built to order It's small enough to wheel in the backyard, or hook up and haul along with you to that family get together, company event, sweet 16. Or maybe you want to make some extra money cooking some lip smacking BBQ for someone elses event. This smoker has been cut with a CNC Plasma Machine Which Means, unlike most rigs out there, this has no ruff torch cuts on door openings or anywhere else on this bbq pit. This can be hauled by the smallest of cars. It's very lightweight and is a dream to tow. With The rottiserie feature, and combined with the fire box that runs the full width of the smoke chamber, this allows you to have even cooking throughout the pit, no hot and cold spots like side mounted units.
Also Added to this awesome bbq pit smoker is a 2ft by 3ft charcoal grill that has and adjustable grate that can be raised or lowered by the turn of a handle. It also has 2 different openings on the bottom of the grill that serves as a cleanout, and are also used to allow more or less oxygen to make the coals hotter or cooler, This feature is also the same with the firebox on the smoker, allowing to raise or lower the temperature in the pit, with just a pull of a lever as seen on the side of the firebox. Notice the 2 ft platform inbetween the smoker and grill, this is great for strapping down coolers or putting a couple of deep fryers there if needed. Pictures do not do this grill justice at all, this is one fine rig
