The DuraBuilt is a metal-embedded rubber track for CTL & MINI-X equipment designed to work reliably in both harsh and sensitive environments. In addition to multiple high-traction tread patterns for general use, we offer treads developed specifically for muddy and wet terrains. Their turf-friendly design and self-cleaning treads create optimum traction with good flotation, which translates into lower ground pressure and less ground damage.
These cables are made from high-tensile steel wires [A] . This means they are very resistant to compression and stretching, allowing for even tension throughout the track. Combine this with exceedingly accurate circumference length, and you have a cable that bends smoothly, increases comfort, distributes traction evenly, and optimizes durability.
The core is composed of special steel bars that are 15% wider than the competition s, making the entire track stronger. It is fitted to a precise pitch to ensure smoother running with minimum vibration, leading to:
