Vulcan gdc gas duplex cooker 72†griddle w/ top platens
Top cooking platens have counter balanced lift assist to hold each individual plate in the up position when raised. Each platen has a removable cooking shoe with a non-stick cooking surface. There is one temperature control for each top platen too.
According to the label on the side of the cooker:
Overall dimensions of the cooker on the attached rolling stand are approximately 79 x 40 x 50 H. The griddle area itself measures 72 . The stand has wheels, but also has locking legs that you can set down so the cooker will not roll.
