Superior powerstat variable autotransformer variac 10A
This is a Superior Electric Co. Powerstat variable autotransformer (variac), Type 236B, rated 10 Amperes Max. for 240VAC input. The full model number is VS3PN236B, which indicates it came with the analog voltage meter on top. This variac is used, with a few minor cosmetic blemishes from normal use (see photos). Our technician cleaned the contacts and lubricated the rotor bushing. Working condition is Excellent aside from the meter. The action is smooth and there are no flat or dead spots in the output voltage. PLEASE NOTE: the voltage meter on top is "flaky" and will not give accurate readings but sometimes jumps around and sometimes gets stuck. NO manuals or additional accessories are included if not shown. Photos show the actual item you will receive.
