Introducing our new advanced javaPRO-CRC PID with advanced thermocouple electronic temperature controller and 60 RPM drum motor system, designed for commercial applications. Roasting capacity is 5 lb. beans (pre-roast weight).
This new commercial use model of the javaPRO-CRC is named the "javaPRO-CRC PID" and is not to be confused with our standard consumer-level javaPRO-CRC which retails for $900+ (a great roaster in itself). (If you wish to review our standard consumer-level javaPRO-CRC please click this link.)
The new javaPRO-CRC PID has a PID thermocouple design temperature controller; the thermocouple itself inserts directly into the drum for direct immersion in the bean mix and is easily removed prior to filling and dumping contents of drum. The PID allows you to electronically control temperature for precise roast profiles.

Drum is contructed of 100% Stainless Steel (with your preference of either 1/8" or 5/32" perforations). Ronco base unit gear plates are integrated into drum assembly as end cap/gears plates for a superior use drum (this drum can be easily cleaned if needed due to such integration.) The javaPRO-CRC PID is based upon the RONCO 6000 PRO rotisserie, professionally modified for coffee roasting.
For superior roast consistency the drum motor rotates drum at 60 RPM to replicate the high speed rotation of $20,000+ commercial roasters.
A ventilation fan system incorporated into roaster provides ability to evacuate roasting smoke to outside environment (check with local zoning and fire department for necessary permits, smoke ductwork needed, etc. prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding such.)
Proper ventilation in roasting area must be maintained at all times during roasting. This roaster is designed for Adult Use Only. Supervision of roasting must occur at all times during roasting. (DO NOT EVER LEAVE ROASTER UNATTENDED WHILE ROASTING! This goes for any roaster, not just this one. Remember, safety first!)

Electrical Ventilation system for smoke extraction is permanently attached to side of unit which is used to extract and vent roasting smoke to the outdoors. Color of unit is either white or black at our choosing, whichever we have in stock at the time of your order.
