According to our research, in2 manipulators are free standing test head positioners designed for use with small test heads. This one has a 8" Column.
This manipulator family handles small test heads in the range of 68 160 kilograms (150 to 350 pounds).The manipulator enables the test head to be repositioned for alternate use with any one of several probers or handlers on a test floor. The in2 features a floating-head design. This design permits a test head weighing up to 950
pounds to be held in an effectively weightless state, so it can be moved manually
up or down, right or left, forward or backward and rotated around each axis by an
operator using no more than 22 pounds of force. Consequently, an operator can
manually reposition the test head by grasping it in his or her hands and gently
moving the test head into position to dock with the prober or handler. in2
