Concession cart stand mobile three sink with hand wash
New from Big Top Concession Carts is our new 3-compartment sink with seperate hand wash sink. This cart is not your average sink cart just to get through inspections, we designed this cart like we have done with all of our carts for our own use first. It makes no sense to take a tool to your job that kind-of-sort-of works, so why would you want to do the same in your vending business.
We have covered most if not all the concerns when it comes to a mobile wash station. First and foremost the 3-compartment sink is exactly what I said a sink, not a home made combination of food pans. The 3-compartment sink is a single unit fabricated from heavy stainless steel that features 3 - 10" - W X 14" - L X 10" deep compartments which will enable you to use it just like you would expect from a commercial unit. A extended faucet is centered so you can easily fill all three compartments as required by health regulations. Each compartment has a full size drain with drain basket. The sink and faucets have a NSF rating.
Also on the counter specifically located a distance from the wash sinks is a 6" X 12" X 6" hand wash sink with an independent faucet. This is something the health departments require and like to see installed away from the dish washing operation.
The counter is made of CNC cut "Starboard" a very durable polymer that is mainly used in the marine industry and outdoor kitchen industry. This material is extremely durable and has a lightly raise finish that is easy to clean, looks great, and hides scratches. It is through molded in a light grey color.
The overall dimensions of the cart are: 60" - L X 24" - D with an overall working height of 40". The cart frame is made of 1" thin wall steel and fully welded for durability. It is powdercoated to resist rust and provide a professional finish. The cart is supported by 4- 8" pneumatic tires designed to be used on all types of terrain, we have pushed and pulled this cart through many "sugar sand" fields throughout Florida with ease, well watching most other vendors struggle with thin hard rubber casters and hand trucks. It quite funny to watch and hear all the comments when you simply push your sink cart of the trailer or truck passing everyone else by with little effort. The two forward tires are casters so the cart can easily be maneuvered.
Fresh water is contained in a 10 gallon poly tank with a 12 gallon grey water tank as required by a 10% capacity increase. If your health department requires 15% as some in the US do, this can easily be upgraded. Hot water is supplied by a 2 gallon 110V water heater and a 2.9 gallon per hour 110 V water pump provides 40 plus pounds of water pressure. A drain valve is located under the cart to make it easy to dump the grey water. All electrical is done in a professional and commercial manner contained in water-proof housings and containment boxes. All circuits provide GFI protection. A 110V Power Port is included so all that is necessary is to connect a standard 20 amp extension cord to supply power.
Now for appearance. The cart shown is how they are sold and the black finish is in actuality a pliable flat plastic sheeting (4-pieces) that simple snap into place, and are designed to be removed during transport. Now you may be thinking why not a metal sheeting like most carts are made of? It's simple, we also make carts and booths for trade shows, and if you think equipment is abused in the vending industry it doesn't hold a candle to the abuse it gets before and after a trade show. By removing the covering you have a box welded frame that can be rolled, banged, and bumped into almost anything without wory of damaging the finish. When you get to the event or show in less than 3 minutes without any tools you simply snap the covering in place.
The real feature of this is the fact that the panels are designed to be covered with vinyl wrap or decals to proudly display your business.
