THERE ARE SCUFFS & SCRATCHES ON THE PLASTIC AND SMALL CHIPS ON THE CHAIN BRAKE HANDLE .THE CYLINDER AND PISTON WERE INSPECTED AND THEY ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION & BOTH THE CHAIN BRAKE AND THE OILER FUNCTION 100% AS THEY SHOULD. THIS IS A POWERFUL 7.0 HORSEPOWER ( 91.6 CC ) PROFESSIONAL GRADE CHAINSAW WITH DECOMPRESSION VALVE FOR EASIER STARTING .THE SAW STARTS EASILY WITH A COUPLE OF PULLS AND IDLES AND RUNS GREAT.
