THIS GORE TEX SJOINT SEALANT IS NEW IN THE BOX, UNUSED.
GORE-TEX joint sealing withstands temperatures from -450 to +600 F (-268 to +315 C), seals internal pressures from full vacuum to 3,000 psig (200 bar) with a tested P x T factor of 1.8 million, and is unaffected by most chemicals (except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine). It's ideal for cryogenic applications and is FDA/USDA suitable for use in food processing and pharmaceutical industries. You can use it just about anywhere. And, it lasts indefinitely, when used within its operating parameters.
When properly installed, GORE-TEX joint sealant becomes a very thin, strong gasket with the ability to withstand high compressive loads. This, together with its resistance to creep and cold flow, helps GORE-TEX joint sealant maintain a very high level of tightness over time. In most applications, after the initial installation, you'll never have to to retorque, even at temperatures up to 600 F (315 C).
The original form-in-place gasket, Gore-Tex joint sealant can be used practically everywhere, from large complex, or damaged flanges to fragile equipment and glass-lined vessels. It's easy to install, even on vertical surfaces. And, since there's no waste, Gore-Tex joint sealant usually costs less, on a per-gasket basis, than any other gasketing alternative.

ONE ROLL APPEARS TO HAVE A LOT LEFT ON IT BUT THE ROLL HAS BEEN CUT OFF SO SOME HAS BEEN USED. NOT GOING TO UNWIND THIS TO MEASURE, STILL APPEARS MOST OF ROLL IS THERE. THE LAST ROLL APPEARS TO NOT HAVE BEEN USED BUT THE BACKING IS AN ADHESIVE WITH A STRIP TO COVER THAT. THE COVER ON THE ADHESIVE BACKING, TO PROTECT IT AND KEEP IT STICKINESS, IS LOOSE IN SPOTS FROM THE SECOND 2 ROLLS. THIS DOES NOT HARM THE ITEM, JUST MAY NOT BE AS STICKY IN SPOTS.
