Beats the hell out of me what these are for but my best guess is a Gun Sight/ Flash Surpressor. You get to decide if you want them from pictures. OD 1.12" ID 0.4425" length 3.41" they are made of of steel and weight 11oz each. They have two set screws to mount but no set screws are included.
