Waukee endothermic natural gas atmosphere control panel
This is a free standing atmosphere control panel for use with heat treating furnace operations which require endothermic atmosphere with enriching and diluting capabilities. Equipped with Waukee flow meters;
Endothermic Gas ( .59 Specific Gravity) 0-100 CFH
Natural Gas ( .65 Specific Gravity) 0-20CFH
Air ( 1.0 Specific Gravity) 0-10 CFH
All flowmeters are rated for 8 OSIG pressure and are connected to a common outlet manifold. Each flowmeter has a fine adjustment valve and there are ball valves on all atmosphere pipes. Endothermic gas inlet has a Honeywell automatic valve and pressure switch. The Natural gas and Air lines have ASCO solenoid valves. All valves would be controlled by an external programmable instrument on the furnace. This control is not included. Atmosphere can also be adjusted manually with the ball valves. Control voltage for solenoid valves; 110 Volt, single phase.
