International farmall cub & lo-boy step, the best step
The TALLER step allows an 8 inch drop from the tractors foot platform. The 3 inch shorter step (5 inch drop) is suggested for the Lo-Boy tractor allowing more clearance with belly-mounted equipment. Both steps will fit either tractor, it is simply your choice.
This Step slips on and off your tractor in seconds! One-handed attachment or removal. This Step does not rattle - shake or Fall off while the Tractor is in use.
This step is professionally manufactured with much care using quality materials. The step is 1/8-inch steel tread plate, machine folded on THREE SIDES, (not just one the end).
Each cold-roll steel shaft is 1/2 inch, machine curved to exact specifications with every bend. The back plate is also an important part of the strength of the Step, which has a stamped opening (not drilled or gas torched) for a precision fit. All parts are Jig-Assembled then Mig-Welded.
Why did I put a YELLOW Step on a RED Tractor? It makes it much easier for you to see how the Step attaches to your tractor. NO, I don't suggest a YELLOW Step on your RED Cub or a RED Step on your YELLOW Cub.
The next process is to Prime & Paint these precision steps with Farmall RED or Yellow paint. You may also select a Primed Step if you want to do your own painting.
Remember, You Get What You Pay For! Why Not Do It Right The First Time?
Just so you know, I am also a Farmall Cub Carburetor Fanatic. I repair these IHC Carburetors like NO ONE ELSE. Everything is like NEW when I am done with them. I have one-of-a-kind machined jigs made to level the Carburetor tops. I mill the mounting surface where the Carburetor meets the intake manifold. I assure you, your mounting surface is warped and adding more gaskets does not fix the problem. I Heli-Coil the mounting threads and have the only known Tap to Heli-Coil the fuel inlet threads also and bring them back to absolute standard thread. This tap was specially made to NOT hit the ferrule boss inside the fuel inlet port. The threads are also many times stronger that the original Carburetor threads. Any part needed inside the carburetor is replaced with NEW parts. I use original design parts that are no longer available and hard to find. I also replace the choke lever if needed. Yes, I have new Choke shafts also. Idle pickup tubes - The PROPER FLOAT that doesn't hit the inside of your bowl. Tons more - drop me a note if you have any questions. ****@aol.com
