The instrument is a Tektronix Model TDS644B, 4 channel color, 500 MHz bandwidth, 2.5 Gigasample/sec, Color Real-Time Digitizing Oscilloscope in 100% functional condition and excellent cosmetic/physical condition. This unit comes with a 5-day right-of-refusal/right-of-return (RoR) and 90 day non-DOA repair warranty. Also included is a CD with all pertinent documentation including: user manual, programmers manual, reference manual, service manual, and programming examples. The unit passes the self-test diagnostics, signal path compensation, probe calibration, and scope calibration. The unit has been thoroughly checked out by a qualified service technician and has a recent NIST traceable calibration by Instrument Calibration and Technical Services, Inc. (http:// ).
