o All used equipment is sold FOB from our warehouse. Seller accepts no responsibility after the item leaves our warehouse.
o We will arrange packaging for freight items. Seller does not accept responsibility for packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse, or our supplier's warehouse.
o Packaging for large/heavy items includes securing item to pallet with metal banding, bubble wrap, plastic wrap, and warning labels. We do not crate items or construct boxes.
o We will arrange packaging of these items, however, we do not accept responsibility for packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise once it leaves our warehouse.
o All new equipment is sold with only the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Warranty concerns should be immediately addressed with manufacturer.
o We do our best to represent items as accurately as possible. Our descriptions are based on information from manufacturers and our personal knowledge at the time of listing the item. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information.

o Items not removed within 30 days are subject to a storage charge of $25.00 per item per month (pro-rated).
