This holser is like brand new, I have had it for about 4 years and never wore it. I did put my P229 in it to carry it to the range 2 times.

The holster comes with both a paddle and belt loop attachment - you can easily switch between the two. The paddle slips between your pants and hip allowing you to wear the holster with or without a belt and allows for easy putting on and taking off of the holster. The belt loop attachment has adjustable loops to fit on a variety of belt sizes.
This unique holster design allows you to forget old-fashioned thumb breaks that slow your draw and complicate reholstering. The SERPA Technology lock engages the trigger guard as you holster the pistol and won't let go until you release it. The release is made using your normal drawing motion, with the trigger finger beside the holster body.
