The Waring FPC14 is a commercial food processor complete with a batch bowl. The batch bowl is made of a durable clear polycarbonate and can hold up to 2 1/2 quarts. It also has a 2-3 Second Blade Stop-it's a dynamic braking mechanism that stops the blade fast!
