It has a 22 gallon capacity, so it would be great for taquerias, bars, and restaurants. Very simple to use, load in the top and serve from the bottom. Stainless steel construction inside and out for easy cleaning. Thermostatic temperature control reduces operating cost. The dispenser is equipped with a 60-250 degree thermostat and a high temperature limit control to prevent overheating, ensuring consistant temperatures.
