This is a Lot of 3 NEW Accretech PG300 Back Grind and Polish Grinder Pad Discs in box. This lot was received brand new in the box as surplus. The PG300 units simultaneously thin wafers while performing damage removal caused by the grinding process, and offer various applications for peripheral processes in the one system. We could not find part/model numbers anywhere on the item. The information stated is all we know about this item. If you have further questions please inspect the photos.
