The quick and easy way to remove broken screws, bolts and studs. Removes broken screws from 3 mm - 25 mm in diameter.
The screw extractors are manufactured from GCr15 Bearing Steel. The set includes 6 screw extractors, sizes 3-6, 6-8, 8-11, 11-14, 14-18 & 18-25. The set also includes 6 drills: 1 - 6mm.
The drills are manufactured to HSS4241 & are black oxide coated.
The extractors are used by first drilling down through the broken screw, then one of the extractors is screwed into the drilled hole. The screw extractors have a reverse thread, so as it tightens down the broken bolt will unscrew.
