The Sonofresco Roaster is a "fluidized bed" roaster in which the heated air is used to roast and circulate the beans which produces a very even roast. The heat source is either propane or natural gas. The electric demand is minimal, just the operation of the blower and the electronic control. The machine can be purchased either for 115 volt, 60 hz operation (for use in the United States and Canada), or for 240 volt, 50hz operation (for use in most of Europe and Asia).
Roaster is shown in typical installation with optional ventilation hood and coffee equipment. Note its small footprint making it perfect for installation where space is at a premium!
