This is a Vishay/DALE NH-250, 3 Ohm Precision Wirewound NON-INDUCTIVE Power Resistor, great for high current/low voltage loads. Non-inductive nature with Aryton-Perry windings is especially useful for high frequency amplifier testing. Designed for heatsink attachment. Very hard to find in low values and high power. Power rating or continuous duty may be increased with forced air cooling.
