This is a Brand New XD-500 Desktop Stack Paper Cutter designed for Commercial Applications. It is sealed in the original manufacturer's box. It has a back gauge that is directly lockable onto the side gauge vs. that of the "rail based" back gauge that gets shifted in locking postion.
