The item offered for sale is a small passive adapter board for Keithley Instruments 2600 series source meter systems. It has a Phoenix male connector on the bottom side and 5 BNC female connectors on top: High, Low, Sense High, Sense Low, and High/Low. The board can be attached to the instrument using two M2.5 mounting screws (included).
The first four BNC connectors are balanced and have the shields connected to the ground plane, which can be connected to the instrument chassis. The High/Low terminal is for simple unbalanced connections.
