Infrared heating has strong penetrability and even radiation, this makes the components get even heated so they wont get distorted or burned. infrared heating has no need of air as heat transmitter, so there is no air stir, the nearby components will not be moved while reworking, infrared heating also can save a lot of time in reworking since it melts the solder more quickly.
This unique machine is a combination of infrared heating, pre-heater, soldering iron and hot air gun, it can be used for all kind of components,such as QFP,SOP,PLCC,SOJ, CHIPS,and especially microBGA components. it works for BGA repairing in mobil, laptop, desktop computers.
The four tools work seperately, have independant controling system . it is easy to use, easy to understand.
Preheater has 600W, preheating range is 120x120mm. temperature range is from 100-350C.
Soldering iron use ceramic heating element, fast heat up, temperature range is from 200C-480C.
Hot air gun temperature range is from 100C-450C, automatically cooling system, air speed has 10 settings you can choose at diffrent volume and speed.
