This unit appears to be new. It turns on and spins quietly and that is as far as I am able to test it. It comes in a Rubbermade case with a custom made cushion set up specifically for this unit. It also comes with a Stainless/Aluminum accessory that is a diffuser or drier which I am not able to identify. It also comes with some tubing. I found the following information about this model:
