The Millermatic 212 W / Auto-Set is Miller's newest Auto-set mig welder .The Millermatic 212 welds up 3/8" in a single pass has Auto-Set , Gun-On Demand, and Infinite voltage control . The Millermatic 212 uses the Spoolmate 200 .
Millermatic 212 Auto-Set MIG welder welds material from 22 gauge up to 3/8 in (9.5 mm). It's easy to set up, offers a wide window of operation, and delivers 210 amps of power for semi-industrial applications. The Millermatic 212 Auto-Set offers superior performance on thin and medium gauge metals, with smooth arc characteristics throughout its operating range.
With single-phase power plus a factory-installed running gear/dual cylinder rack, the Millermatic 212 Auto-Set easily goes where it's needed. The system adds efficiency and productivity to light fabrication work, garage/body shops, and farms and ranches. Its cost and operating economics make it a smart choice. Its ease of use makes it a very effective machine for the hobbyist.
Welds 14 gauge to 1/4" aluminum
Compatable with Spoolmatic 15A/30A spoolgun with wire feed speed control on the gun. Saves time by reducing trips back to the machine.
Gun-On-Demand- simply pull the trigger for either gun and you're ready to weld . No wasted time installing modules and using gas valve kits.
Heavy duty aluminum drive roll system
* Thermal Overload Protection shuts down unit and activates over temperature light if airflow is blocked or duty cycle is exceeded. Automatically resets when fault is corrected and unit cools.
