New 5" backlit lcd dot matrix serial display screen
There are 3 Sanyo LC79430 and 4 Sanyo LC79401 ICs on the back. The connector is a 14 contact dual row .1" standard ribbon cable connector.
The part number appears to be 20-20075 -3. I have been unable to find any data on it. I believe it is a standard interface, but have no way to test it. So if anyone out there cares to purchase one and supply me with enough interface data to run it, I will add it to this listing and send him an additional 2 units at no further cost.
New unused, in original factory packaging, only opened to take photos.

I have the specs for the chipsets, but from what I read it will not hook up to a parallel port, it will work with VGA but you would have to find the right frequency. I am in the process of finding it out. Here are some links:

I build boards for fun, but for this display the specs are impossible to find so I am reverse engineering on it. I do know some of the pinouts like I said. there is this site that makes controller boards and converter boards to turn laptop LCD screens to PC screens and tv monitors. but I am working on it and I will let you know as soon as I figure it out.
