TISA series come in a light blue color, available in 12", 18", 24" with a 2mm, 5mm, or 10mm seal width. Manufacturer's replacement kit includes 2 heating elements and a fuse. Automatic sealers are designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 24 wide and 15 mil thick can be sealed. The seal width ranges from 2mm to 5mm. The sealer is equipped with an electronic timer and an electromagnet. The unit operates on impulse sealing and is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Sealer includes an electric foot switch and work table. The manufacturer s replacement kit includes 2 elements.
For Auto-operation:* Set the control on Auto
* The sealing bars will have a continuous up (open) and down (close) movement
* The frequency of the movement can be set by the operator
* Insert the material to be sealed when bar opens and remove when seal is done
For Manual-operation:* Set the control knob to Manual
* Insert the material to be sealed between the two sealing bars
* Press down the foot switch to activate the sealing bar to close
* The sealing bar will be released when seal is done
* Automatic impulse sealing with precise electronic control
* Dual mode operation: Auto or Manual
* Foot switch allows both hands to be free
* 3 separate control settings for sealing time, recycle time, & congealing time in order to fit individual needs
