This was previously used in a toxic gas safety cabinet to get Dichlorosilane from a supply cylinder to a gas supply line. Included is a Matheson 3455 stainless regulator. I count 5 manual high purity valves. There is a check valve assembly and fittings as well as a gas bottle to manifold line. The specific configuration shown may not be for actual use as the bottle line was just fastened on to some place it would fit to keep it with the rest of the assembly.
