250 HELICOIL SCREW THREAD REPAIR INSERT 5-40 x 1/8"
This listing is for 250 new inserts. Each insert is thread size 5-40 and measures approx 1/8" long. Screw thread inserts are used when the original thread of a hole has been worn and is no longer useable. When they are installed into Heli-Coil tapped holes, they provide permanent conventional 60' internal screw threads that accommodate any standard bolt or screw.
