Teflon Encapsulated Silicone Cam-Lock Gaskets embody the best of both materials. Teflon encapsulation provides a chemically inert gasket surface suitable for nearly any fluid. The Red Silicone core provides a flexible material resulting in an excellent sealing gasket structure.
The FEP Teflon encapsulation is FDA compliant and is U.S. Pharmacopeia Class VI approved. This gasket meets all FDA Title 21 CFR 177.2600, USDA, 3A and cGMP specifications.
