Fully Enclosed Garage, 42' wide and 40' long with 12' Legs, Boxed Eaves and a Verticle Roof. (Photo is of simular building which varied in size): This Dependable Shelter is a wonderful addition for any family! This popular model comes with an 18' wide and 40' deep section in the middle which features 12' of leg height in the corners, 14'6" clearance at the peak, and comes with 3' Braces on every leg to accomodate the height. The center section will have a wall in front and back, and features a 10x10 Roll-up Door on the front of building. The side sections are 12' wide by 40' long. Each side section is enclosed on three sides to fully enclose your structure from the outside and leave access into the middle section. Both sides will feature a 8x7 Roll-up Door on the front of your building. Also included are (4) windows and a 34"x72" Walk-in Door. This well designed model comes with 32" spikes between each pole on the bottom plates to secure your structure to the ground. If you are installing on concrete, then we will place concrete anchors between each pole for free. The Frame of your New Structure is constructed from 14 gauge Galvanized Steel and your Panels are 29 gauge Steel panels with a baked on enamel finish. You will also receive a decorative Steel Trim outlining your building and will have 13 colors to choose from on Walls, Roof and Trim.
