* 2 have bad pixels on the screen - one of those the keypad was not working (ESC wouldn't work to get me past the bad backup battery warning... power button worked).
* All show failed backup battery.
* QTY 18 - Batteries (6 inside the units, 12 extra)
* QTY 3 - 4-Port Battery Chargers (only one AC Adapter, one of the chargers has one bad port - light would not come on when battery was inserted.)
