Rigid steel test bed with carrying handles to support, energise, load and control the wide selection of interchangeable fractional-horsepower electrical motors and generators in the FH2/3 Range. When used with other elements of this flexible, compatible and safe modular teaching system provides all of the essential facilities for students to investigate and obtain the operating characteristics of commonly used electrical machines transformers and power electronic drives.
Practical experiments give excellent support to electrical engineering courses. They allow students to see theory in practice, increasing the learning experience and reinforcing knowledge gained from lectures. Due to the scale, availability or cost of electrical training products, students do not always have the opportunity to use genuinely comprehensive, representative equipment for hands-on experiments.
