To create a compact footprint, this condiment serving station is designed with two levels. The top level, in back, is insulated with a hinged, clear lid over three 1/9-size and one 1/6-size steam table pans 4" (10.2 cm) deep. The bottom level, in front, includes two CP-1/6 pumps and one 1/6-size pan 6" (15.2 cm) deep.
One-piece hinged lid over pans help keep condiment safe
Maximum stroke yields 1-oz (30 mL). Adjusting portion control is made easy with the supplied gauging collars. Collars reduce portions in -oz. (7 mL) increments.
The clear lid (over top level pans) showcases your toppings and makes checking product levels quick and easy; improved hinge design lets you choose from stay-open and self-close operation.
