BEWARE Starting 1/1/2010 federal mandates require
ALL REFRIGERATION systems to be equipped with
EC FAN MOTORS and R404 REFRIGERANT.
These units meet those requirements. Others you will find DO NOT.
If the cooler or freezer does not use R404 refrigerant and PSC fan motors they
DO NOT meet the requirements and will have to be converted.
NEW Leer Indoor Walk-in Cooler, 6' x 6', with SELF CONTAINED Refrigeration.

* Panel insulation is 4" thick, foamed-in-place non-CFC urethane, "R" value of 30
* Heatcraft self-contained refrigeration system.
* R-404 refrigerant and PSC fan motors.
* Warranty - 10 year limited panel warranty, refrigeration has 1 year parts & labor warranty, 2 year compressor warranty with a 3 year extended compressor warranty as an option.
* The refrigeration system is self contained and does NOT require a refrigeration technician.
The walk in can be unloaded from the delivery truck with a lift or panel by panel, using two or three people. All items fit through a standard doorway.
