The hotel I work for has a Tennant model # 385, 1997 for sale.
This unit is a fix up or you can part it out.
The engine will need to be looked at. It does leak oil. If you purchased one of these NEW today it would be around 25000 to 30000.
Recent new parts installed (prices are parts only no labor included): fuel pump $90 Feb, 2010;
control box governor $945 June, 2009
Alone the parts mentioned above is over 1800.00
