Pullmax tooling dies english wheel shrinker dvd video

We just finished a Brand New video:
When good dies go bad. Our new video will show how not all of your forming/shaped dies do what you expect them to do. We will show you some of the problems you will have when using a forming/shaping die, and also how to precondition the metal to help keep your panels from going out of shape. Some of the tips on this video will show you how to anticipate where the metal will give you issues and also how to cure those problems. We will also show you how to make parts out of arrangement and how to make these parts work.
In this video we incorporate the English Wheel as well as the shrinkers and stretchers.
We will show how to make two different panels in your Pullmax or Reciprocating machine.
In this video, we build the lower rear back panel for a 1935 Oldsmobile. This panel is made in one piece, and this part repairs the bottom half of this car. This panel has the curve and the bead of the car all made in one piece to fit this car.
In our other videos, we show how to make a lot of flat and straight panels. In this video, we show you how to make some round parts. One of the round parts is a patch panel for the bottom half of a 1943 Ford Truck fender. This part is made in real time. We show the problems you will anticipate having with your dies, and show how to cure the dies.
One of the Dies we show you is made by using your Pullmax or Reciprocating machine. This die was made to make round parts without warping your metal and works great to trap the metal without wrecking it. This Die is made in your Pullmax/Reciprocating machine.
This video is over 3 hours long with many close up video shots.
