"Response1: "Unfortunately many host claim unlimited and there is no such thing. As you can see on our listings we do NOT claim to offer you unlimited. we offer UNMETERED, As you have experienced with 'unlimited' plans they will restrict your site. The only restiction we put on your site is CPU/RAM usage, as this is a shared account and everyone is affected my others "hogging' the resources."
Response 2: "We do have a lot of bandwidth available but we limit the resource usage to 10% CPU and RAM usage. If your sites are dynamic and use too much CPU and RAM/Memory your accounts will be auto suspended by our PRM (Process Resources Monitors)."
Response 4: "We own our own servers and our not resellers. Yes for the 12 arcade/gaming sites we will allow it, but will watch the resource usage."
Response 5 "If your websites are such high bandwidth that shared web hosting providers are complaining, then maybe your websites should be running off of a DEDICATED SERVER. You cant expect to run websites that get hundreds of thousands of hits on a shared web hosting account - it just doesn't work that way. You need to pay the price to run big sites.... "
