Used meter which has problems.It does not power up at all.I am not a tech so I have not and will not try to repair the unit.Sold for parts and or repair. No warranty offered no returns will be accepted.. Sorry no instruction manual or other accessories.Cosmetically clean with minor scuffs and scratches and areas where labels have been removed..
