It is a Standard Electric PA-5b Adjust-A-Volt variable transformer.
It has 2 ranges Low & Hi, 0-70V and 75-140V
I did test it on both ranges and it works fine.
THAT MEANS NO POSTAL, DO NOT ASK.
This included AK, PR, VI, and HI. which can be very expensive!
