We are pleased to present this very attractive used Garland gas fired "Pyro-Deck" pizza oven, which was recently removed from a Montreal area pizzeria that was moving to another location and no longer needed any deck ovens (they were moving to conveyor style pizza). We estimate that it is a 7 year old oven.
The GPD4 is an outstanding oven both in quality and design. At 124,000 btu's per hour cooking power to an 11.75 sq. ft. deck area, which preheats to 600 degrees F. in 25 minutes, you can be ready to bake pizzas an hour after opening. This oven will bake 25 16" round pizzas placed directly on the hearth, per hour. The hearth will handle five 16" or four 18" diameter pizzas. With even heating 'U' shaped burners heating the hearth and a hot air flow to center draw flue, a uniform heat and proper bake everytime is ensured.
