Metone 2408 laser particle counter A2408 met one

MetOne 2408 Laser Particle Counter A2408 Met One
The counter uses a laser-diode light source and collection optics for particle detection. Particles scatter light from the laser diode. Collection optics focus the light onto a photo diode that converts the bursts of light into electrical pulses. The pulse height is proportional to particle size. Pulses are counted and their amplitude is measured for particle sizing. Results are then displayed as particle counts in the specified size range.
This system measures particles sized 0.3 um at a flow of 1 CFM.
This unit was manufactured in 1999.
