American panel 40' x 8' combo walk-in cooler / freezer
AMERICAN PANEL 40' X 8' - 9'/9" COMBO WALK-IN COOLER / FREEZER
These units can be made into individual walk-ins by adding panels from American panel where they have common walls. We also have a single American Panel walk-in cooler available from the same business that measures 10' X 7'. (see are other listings for details)
These walk-ins are less than three years old and still have the assembly stickers on each panel. All three walk-in's came with individual compressors and condenser units attached. Each compressors sits on top of there perspective Walk-in and are fully charged with Freon. All you have to do is reassemble these units, plumb drain lines and run electrical and they will be ready to go. This system comes with the following.
* Compartment "A" is a cooler and measures
13' 7" X 8' w/ 2 doors. 2nd door is located inside on common panel wall between compartment and "A" & "B".
* Compartment "B" is a cooler and measures
15' 5" X 8' w/ one common wall door. (no external access.
* Compartment "C" is a freezer and measures
10' 6" X 9' 9" w/ one External door entrance. Freezer unit also has a floor.
* Each compartment comes with a fully charged compressor and condenser. Coolers use R22 Freon and Freezer uses R404A.
* 3 Doors w/ windows. Two external and one internal all with vinyl strip doors.
* Includes cam lock covers, lighting units w/ conduit, rubber floor joints for wall panels and misc. parts.
