Excellent Condtion Streamfeeder 6 Station Kitting, Batch Count, Fulfillment Collator. This is a like new fully automatic collating system with speeds up to 100 ppm. System is configured with five ST1450 feeders and one V710BC with extended discharge. If you require a different configuration, please let us know. We can configure to meet any specification.
Product size range of 2 x 3 to 11.0 x 14 W, with maximum .25 inch thick products. All 6 feeders can batch count each collator cycle or feed one piece at a time. All feeders come with miss detect, systems interface, jog, batch count, and more. System comes with 10 foot collating base with varible speed lugged conveyor. System comes with system integration for centralized control of collating system.
We can configure any combination of feeders from 1 to 60 to provide a custom Kitting, Batch Count, or Fulfillment collating system for your operational requirements.
