The Class 3 Orange safety vests WITH SLEEVES are manufactured for high traffic areas where vehicles are traveling over 55 miles per hour.
Several states are increasing the ANSI class 3 standards and are requiring sleeves with reflective strips on each sleeve. This vest complies with the increased standards. The material is soft and flexible and made from 100% polyester. The material is a semi meshmaterial, solid with breathing holes to allow air flow and ventilation. The material is extremely durable and is washable when dirty.
