This is a new out of the box police scanner. Model number is BC 147xlt. It is a 16 channel police scanner. I have never used this item. I purchased it new several years ago. Included is the instruction booklet it came with. Antenna and power cord also included. Remember, this is a new scanner, because I have never used it. It has been stored in a large tote along with other things I never use. I did try it out using the weather button. It comes in loud and clear.
