Millermatic MIG Welder - Millermatic 252
The Millermatic 252 is an all-in-one MIG welder that provides a superior arc when welding 22 gauge up to 1/2 in metal. Engineered for performance, the Active Arc Stabilizer provides the most consistent arc starts in its class along with optimum weld performance in all settings.
Aluminum welding setup is easy with the direct hookup of the optional Spoolmatic 30A. With Miller's exclusive Gun-On-Demand, simply pull the trigger for either gun and you're ready to weld.
Now features direct plug for XR gun for professional aluminum wire feed capability. XR-type guns can be directly connected to the Millermatic 252. This allows you to use 12 inch rolls of wire instead of the more expensive 1 lb rolls with the spoolgun.
Patent-pending Active Arc Stabilizer provides excellent starts proven superior to the competition!
Adjustable run-in control is individually settable for both MIG and spool guns. Controlled on the front panel, this easily accessible feature allows the user to optimize starts to the application.
Self-calibrating digital meters allow presetting of voltage and wire feed speed. With spool gun, wire speed meter displays setting - a feature not available in competitve units.
Easy-to-use Digital Operator Interface and attached parameter chart makes it simple toset weld parameters.
Convenient built-in gun and cable holder and consumable compartment.
Exclusive Internal Timers:
* 1 Second Tip Saver - Arc shuts off if tip is shorted to work surface for more than 1 second.
* 2 Minute Wire Saver - Wire drive is shut off if arc is not detected 2 minutes after trigger is pressed.
Industrial, dual-gear-driven, aluminum drive system features no-tool, quick-change reversible drive rolls and an easy-to-set, scaled tension knob.
Fan-On-Demand cooling system only operates when needed reducing power consumption.
M-25 MIG gun features durable on-piece handle, unicable outer jacket, trigger rated for one million cycles, and steel spring coils protecting cable ends.

Active Arc Stabilizer - Gives you consistent arc starts, softer welding arcs, an easier to control arc on low end setting, and reduces spatter.
Gun-On-Demand - Allows you to use either a standard gun or a Spoolmatic gun without flipping a switch. The machine senses which gun you are using when you pull the trigger.
Fan-On-Demand - Internal power source cooling system that only works when needed, keeping internal components cleaner.
